The 5 m2 front porch is the primary entrance, with plenty of coat and boot storage space for use after days out. From the porch, through the main front door, you come to the main hallway. This is a warm carpeted space with stairs leading up to the first and second floors. All the walls are decorated with archived shetland photos of Voe and other areas of the islands.

The living room is a spacious 29m2 room on the ground floor hallway. The room is comfortably furnished with an open fire and has west facing views over the sea at Voe.

The dining room is a 28m2 room on the ground floor hallway, across from the living room. This large room is furnished with a dining table that comfortably sits 12 for dining and a large sideboard original to the house. If required an additional table can be added to provide space for a total of 18 diners. As with the living room there are west facing windows over Voe.

Also on the ground floor are the two adjoining areas, the 15m2 breakfast kitchen and the 18m2 main kitchen. Both these areas are fitted with all the necessary appliances, storage and utensils needed for your stay.

The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a large fridge and freezer, kitchen sink, dishwasher, micro wave, 6 seater kitchen table. All the crockery & cutlery and glasses for a group self catering stay are stored here.

Leading on from the breakfast kitchen is the main kitchen, where there is also access to the side external door, and the entrance to the laundry facilities.  The main kitchen is equipped with 2x induction  hobs, 2 x double ovens, 2 x warming drawers, dishwasher, under counter fridge,  another kitchen sink, dishwasher and further extensive storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils necessary for preparation and cooking.

The laundry facilities are accessed from the main kitchen. This room is used for linen and cleaning storage and has guest washing facilities. There are 2 easy to use commercial standard washing machines and driers.
